ClubMX has been growing its professional race team at a rapid pace over the last two years and is expected to continue that trend well into the future. 2022 will mark the first year that the organization will compete in both the East and West coast Monster Energy Supercross series and the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross series. In order to get to this, point they have strategically partnered with companies that have helped guide them on this path. It all starts with a collaboration with Muc-Off and FXR Racing, both who see the value and potential in the team. So much that they have increased their support to title sponsorship levels making the new name of the team: Muc-Off/FXR/ClubMX Race Team. “The programs came together late but it was totally worth the wait” said ClubMX Owner Brandon Haas. “We worked hard to get everything in order and fortunately all of our partners work well together making the process much easier. This season will be explosive for our team on and off the track”.

Muc-Off will be supplying the team, including both riders and mechanics, with a full supply of their innovative motorcycle products from their Clean, Protect and Lube systems. This includes the renowned pink Nano Tech Bike Cleaner; the flagship product that launched the brand in 1994. Muc-Off will also be working with the team to develop new off-road products to help them drive their competitive edge further on the track. Muc-Off also recognized the benefit of the ClubMX facility where they will be able to promote the brand to the thousand of people that visit the property throughout the year.

FXR Racing has also increased their support and will outfit the riders and the mechanics on and off the track. The bigger news is that the team will also move to a new helmet with the 6D/FXR collaboration and a new goggle with the Factory Ride brand. It is well known in the industry that FXR has the best looking and most durable gear and our team will take the brand to new heights. FXR and Muc-Off have already worked on some creative ideas that will blow your mind. A1 Can’t come soon enough!

Yamaha has also increased their support of the program in a major way, elevating the team to support status. After touring the facility earlier this year, the Yamaha management team recognized all the different layer and capabilities our program has to offer. With access to the ClubMX Training Facility, ten different racetracks on the property, public access along with the professional and amateur racing teams Yamaha is the brand of choice. Since that initial meeting, Yamaha has helped our program grow in all aspects of our business model which in return will let us build their brand and sell more units.

That is not all …. MotoSport.com has also joined the team this season. As one of the largest distributors of parts and gear in the motorsports industry, they bring a great deal of experience to the program. Their vision and guidance have been extremely helpful during the off-season. Their entire management team understands racing and how to excel with marketing in that space. MotoSport.com has led the powersports industry by offering the best selection of parts, gear, tires and accessories since 1999 for your dirt bike, street bike, ATV or side-by-side. Another major returning partner is IAMACOMEBACK. As we transition and grow as a team, so is the IAMACOMEBACK business model. I encourage everyone to have a look at IAMACOMEBACK to become the best person you can be.

ATV’s & More has also returned in a big way for 2022. The Illinois based dealership has a long reach when it comes to selling powersports and since we have a core group of customers that live in the Midwest and Northeast, we can help people get on Yamahas in that part of the country. ATV’s & More is best known for there customer service and A+ service rankings within the industry. We are happy to help them grow into the new year.

It is important to dedicate the first section to the sponsors and partners since they are making the dream become a reality in 2022. Full time racing with a roster of six riders makes this one of the largest teams in the paddock. On to the riders.

Muc-Off/FXR/ClubMX plans to field the team of Garrett Marchbanks, Alex Martin, Phil Nicoletti, Enzo Lopes, Jace Owen and Nique Thury for different parts of the season. All six racers bring something special to the table and as a group are a marketing juggernaut. The season will begin with the season opener in Anaheim, California on January 8th and take the team across the country.

Alex Martin (#26) will handle the 450 Supercross and Motocross duties this year. As a thirteen-year veteran of the 250 class, Martin has always had his sights on the premier class and now is his chance. He has been working extremely hard on adapting to the bigger bike and his results on the practice track are showing in a big way.

Garrett Marchbanks (#35) will lead the charge in the 250 class on the West Coast. There is no denying his speed or skill. The team has learned a great deal over the last season and has a solid plan to get Marchbanks to the podium on a weekly basis. The West Coast schedule will suit his training program to maximize his results for Supercross and Motocross.

Dominique Thury (#98) will join Marchbanks on the West Coast run. Last season was admittedly disappointing for the past European Supercross Champion and vows to redeem himself this season. It is understandable that the bright lights and big crowds of a Supercross race in America can be intimidating but that is the past and Thury has doubled down on his efforts for the 2022 season.

Enzo Lopes (#80) will run point for the 250 class on the East Coast. Lopes has been a ridder on the team in the past and is returning to show the world what he can do. He recently participated in an off-season event in his home country of Brazil and lapped the field on his way to victory. Do not the cool and quiet demeanor of Lopes fool you. Now that he is on one of the fastest bikes in the paddock, sky is the limit.

Jace Owen (#81) is back to training after a long seven-month rehab from a knee and ankle injury. Having so much time off the bike can be difficult for most racers but Owen took it all in stride by staying fit through the process. He has been back on the bike for several weeks and is improving every day. If you recall, Owen busted out the holeshot on the field in Orlando last season and we are expecting much more of that in 2022. Owen will also run the East Coast, giving him more time to prepare.

Phil Nicoletti (#715) will also be riding a 250 on the East Coast. The cranky crafty veteran is also coming off rehab of a knee injury from last season and still has some racing left in the tank. Say what you will about Nicoletti but his dedication and determination to the sport is of epic proportions. He researches and performs everything possible to get his body and mind is the best position to compete. Do not underestimate what he can do!
