SPONSOR: Feld Entertainment, Inc., 800 Feld Way, Palmetto, FL 34221.
DATES OF PROMOTION: “The Supercross Fan Appreciation” Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 3, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). There will be a total of four (4) different sweepstakes as outlined in the “HOW TO ENTER” section of these Official Rules. All Entrants (defined below) must have access to the Internet in order to enter. Normal Internet, phone and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service provider may apply. Sponsor’s clock and the websites are the official clock of the Promotion.
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor and its subsidiaries, and each of its respective parent companies, franchisees, affiliates, contractors, consultants, legal counsel, public relations, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, website providers, webmasters, advertising and promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion, including but not limited to, National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”) herein (the “Promotion Entities”), are not eligible to participate. Promotion is void outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, the District of Columbia and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. By entering the Promotion, Entrant indicates their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: The sweepstakes are as follows: i) St. Jude T-shirt & Supercross Cap starts at 10:00am ET on February 3, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm ET on February 8, 2025, ii) Chase Sexton T-shirt starts at 10:00am ET on February 9, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm ET on February 15, 2025, iii) Supercross Hoodie starts at 10:00am ET on February 16, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm ET on February 22, 2025, and iv) Supercross Track Jacket starts at 10:00am ET on February 23, 2025 and ends at 11:59pm ET on March 1, 2025.
Instagram: In order to enter, you must be a registered Instagram™ user and your profile settings must be set to “public”. To become a registered user of Instagram™, create an account on Instagram at www.instagram.com. To enter, visit www.instagram.com/supercrosslive (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period and follow @SupercrossLIVE and @Supermotocross. Then, post a photo or video showing how yousafely celebrate Race Day (ie. tailgating, watching at home, attend the event, etc) with the hashtag #RaceDaySweepstakes to receive one (1) entry into the respective sweepstakes. Entrants must enter each sweepstakes separately to receive an entry for that sweepstakes.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant per sweepstakes. Entrant cannot use multiple social media accounts to enter.
Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You understand that you are supplying your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta.
Entrants must only submit photos/videos of themselves.
The video submitted must comply with the applicable Website’s upload requirements.
Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account from which the entry is submitted at the time of entry. A potential prize winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the account associated with the winning entry and/or an eligible Entrant.
Entries not meeting the requirements as set forth in these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will not be eligible and will be disqualified.
By participating, Entrant agrees that their entry may be shared on social media sites or other websites by the Sponsor.
By entering, Entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, unconditional, and fully paid-up rights to publicly perform, display, broadcast, or transmit the entry, in whole or in part, for promotion and marketing purposes worldwide in any and all forms of media, whether now known or hereafter devised, and to distribute (directly or indirectly through multiple tiers) the entry to Sponsor’s affiliates, its marketing agencies, and to third parties for these purposes. Without limiting the foregoing, each Entrant consents to have the Entrant’s Submission made available for public viewing and/or comment on the Internet.
THE CONTENT OF THE ENTRY REPRESENTS THE VIEWS AND OPINIONS OF SOLELY THE ENTRANT WHO HAS PROVIDED THE ENTRY AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS AND/OR OPINIONS OF THE SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SCREENING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING ENTIRES PRIOR TO POSTING OF SAME.
Entry in this Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion. The date and time stamp on the entry will determine whether the entry is received during the Promotion Period and for which sweepstakes.
Neither Sponsor nor any other Promotion Entities are responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions or any other reason, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the allowable number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void all of that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Promotion. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Neither the Sponsor nor any Promotion Entity will verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Promotion or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein.
NON-QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entries (a) containing general obscene, lewd, crude, vulgar, profane, defamatory or inappropriate text, including acts of violence or acts that appear to cause harm, and/or (b) containing other offensive content and/or any content expressing explicit, graphic or excessive indecent content that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable, or offensive, and/or (c) containing and displaying third-party brands prominently and intentionally, or any materials that violate or infringe (or may infringe) any copyright (including, without limitation, music or artistic work), trademark, logo, or other mark that identifies a brand, entity or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased, including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light, and/or (d) otherwise violate these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entry with offensive content or material that it feels is inappropriate in any way. Each entry must be an original work, and must not have been previously published, must not be awaiting publication, nor may be submitted for publication consideration during the Promotion Period. The entry must not infringe on any third-party copyrights or other rights. Late entries or entries sent via any other method than those stated above will not be accepted.
DRAWING/ODDS: On or about the following Monday after the end date of each sweepstakes, one (1) prize winner per sweepstakes will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received for each of the sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that particular sweepstakes. The random drawing will be conducted by the Independent Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects.
PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded for each sweepstakes:
- February 10, 2025 Drawing: St. Jude T-shirt & Supercross Cap: There will be one (1) prize of a St. Jude T-shirt and Supercross Cap having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $59.
- February 17, 2025 Drawing: Chase Sexton T-shirt: The prize will be one (1) prize of a Chase Sexton T-shirt having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $40.
- February 24, 2025 Drawing: Supercross Hoodie: The prize will be one (1) prize of a Supercross Hoodie having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $85.
- March 3, 2025 Drawing: Supercross Track Jacket: The prize will be one (1) prize of a Supercross Track Jacket having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: There is a limit of one (1) prize per person/household for each sweepstakes. No transfer or substitution of a prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. The value of the prizes may be taxable as income and the prize winners are solely responsible for all matters relating to the prizes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes that become due with respect to the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of a prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen portion of the prizes. No more than the number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded per sweepstakes.
PRIZE NOTIFICATION/CLAIM: Potential prize winners will be notified by the Sponsor via Direct Message within three (3) days from the drawing date (the “Notification”). The direct message will request that the potential prize winner reply back to the Sponsor with specific personal information (the “Required Information”) of the potential prize winner within three (3) days of receipt of the Notification. It is highly recommended that an Entrant confirms their social media notification settings are set to “public”. If a potential prize winner fails to sign and return the Required Information within the required time period, the potential prize winner forfeits their right to their prize and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random from among all remaining nonwinning eligible entries received for the respective sweepstakes.
In the event the Sponsor cannot reach a potential prize winner via the Notification, the potential prize winner does not respond by the date indicated within the Notification, or if it is determined by the Sponsor, in their sole discretion, that a potential prize winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, they will be disqualified (without compensation of any kind) and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received during the respective sweepstakes, and they will be notified as outlined above, time permitting. In the event that a potential prize winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor shall have no liability or obligation to such individual.
GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and [c] if the prize winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor or Promotion Entities without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. All Promotion materials are subject to verification and are void if [a] not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels; [b] any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way; [c] are obtained where prohibited; or [d] are mutilated, altered, copied, hand printed, forged, water damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contain any printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void and will not be eligible for the prize liability for defective Promotion materials is limited to replacement while supplies last. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Promotion Materials submitted to Sponsor and / or Independent Administrator. Sponsor, its licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion and their respective directors, officers, shareholders and employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for printing, distribution or production errors and Sponsor may rescind, cancel or revoke the Promotion based upon any printing, distribution, production or other error without liability at its sole discretion. Sponsor and / or Independent Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage due requests or claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Independent Administrator or is in default of any agreement with Sponsor. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, and conduct a random drawing from those entries for which only the advertised number of prizes will be selected. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor.
NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram and each and all of the Promotion Entities from and against any claims made by a prize winner, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of the Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity, in the Promotion or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy or merchandise delivery.
INFORMATION/PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Promotion, each Entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his or her personal information (information that identifies an Entrant as an individual, name, email address, and date of birth) by the Sponsor and Independent Administrator for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling this Promotion and, if consent is given at the time of entry. WINNERS’ LIST REQUEST: To receive a prize winner’s list, send a self-addressed, stamped (business size) envelope to: “Supercross Fan Appreciation” Winner’s List Request, PO Box 458, Newark, NY 14513. Requests must be received by April 3, 2025.
